244 mg of Citrus aurantium extract (standardized to 8% synephrine).
This equates to roughly 19.5 mg of synephrine in 2 capsules. The
next core ingredient is 180 mg of green tea extract, standardized
to contain 85% catechins. Additionally, it contains 153 mg of
caffeine to work synergistically with the green tea extract. And
finally, a proprietary blend that contains the following proven
weight-loss ingredients: ForsLean™ Coleus forskohlii root
extract (standardized to 10% forskolin), St. John's wort extract
(standardized to .3% hypericin), L-tyrosine, naringin and alpha
lipoic acid.
Although for most people Metabogenic is quite safe, if you have
a history of heart or thyroid disease or drug abuse, an enlarged
prostate or high blood pressure, you should definitely check with
your doctor before you take this product.

Dosage Information
Take 3 capsules before breakfast or morning exercise session and
3 more capsules before your afternoon meal. Do not take in the
evening. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day. For best results, begin
with half of the recommended dose (1 capsule three times per day)
for the first week to assess your tolerance to the formulation.
